Experiences
In their own words.
12 women helped shape it, from the first conversation to the prototype. This is what they said.

Before and after
First a promise. Then two weeks.
What they promised themselves, and what they noticed after two weeks with the pendant.
Day 1
Day 14
From the sessions
Word for word, from the recordings.
As it was said, translated from Dutch. Not customers: Kept is still in development.

“Then I'd wear it every day. It's jewellery too.”
Prototype session participant
“Other people can see a light too, but a little buzz is just for you.”
Prototype session participant
“This is something you don't have to look for. You can't lose it either, because it hangs round your neck.”
Prototype session participant
“Here it's one single thing. Really just one. One thing. But a very important thing.”
Prototype session participant
“I think it would help me, because it's really on my body”
“But you do it all in such a friendly way, and I'm fine with that.”
Prototype session participant
“With some products you have to figure it out, but this is crystal clear”

Critical too
What wasn't right yet.
We don't leave out the criticism. This is what they said, and what we do with it.
“But I can hear it too, can't I?”
Prototype session participant
The prototype made a sound when it vibrated. The real pendant should only be felt.
“This is too fragile, this is too thin. Especially with 5 grams on it, it'll break in no time.”
Jeweller
That's why we recommend a sturdier chain than the prototype's.
“Because it's a deal with myself.”
